Now buyers don’t have to travel to government offices to collect information about their land from time to time,as you can find details within a few clicks on the KLR login portal.
Overview
It is a portal for Karnataka Land Record where registered citizens can get details of their lands. After registration, you can log in to the portal every time and fetch various details like permission to purchase land, Mojini-Phody status, Parihara status, Mutation Status, and much more. It is also known asthe Bhoomi portal.

Follow the below steps to access the KLR Login for document view
- First, go to the login link of the document portal.
- Now enter the mobile number along with the captcha.
- Click on generate OTP.
- You will receive OTP on your mobile number, enter it on the portal and click on login.
After successful login,you need to select the location from district to village. Now provide the survey number, and you can fetch the land details. Documents you can access are Tippan, Pakka book, Atlas, etc.

To get revenue details, you can follow the below details.
- First, go to the login of the KLR revenue service portal.
- On the left side of the login page, provide your user ID and password.
- Now enter the captcha code, which is displayed, and click on login.

After KLR Login, you can use your various login credentials to log into multiple profiles and view different details.
You can login via two ways i.e.
- Nadakacheri user
- SurveryApp user
Below are the steps to access both user portals
- Go to the login link for users
- Select from SurveryApp user and Nadakacheri user
- Key your login details on the page.
- Now click on login to access your profile.
If you do not have your login details, you can create them easily with the help of the below steps.
- You can use the direct link to register in the portal.
- You need to provide the required details on the registration page like Aadhar number, contact details, and full name.
- After completing all details, click on the proceed button and complete the registration for Nadakacheri/SurveryApp users.

For KLR registration, you need to follow the below steps
- First, go to the official page of KLR and click on create an account.
- Now fill out the registration form with complete details and create a password.
- Provide your mobile number to get OTP.
- Now enter OTP and CAPTCHA and click on the complete button.
