HOW ASHRAF AL-QASUS BUILT A MILLION-DOLAR COACHING EMPIRE FROM SCRATCH
Ashraf Al-Qasus didn’t start with a blueprint. He started with a problem: people wanted results but didn’t know how to get them. His coaching empire wasn’t built overnight. It was built through stages—each one demanding new skills, facing new traps, and hitting clear milestones. If you’re here because you searched his name, you’re likely looking for the exact path he took. This roadmap breaks it down. No fluff. No theory. Just the steps, the mistakes, and the signals that tell you it’s time to level up. الدكتورة ريم القضاة
STARTER STAGE: FROM ZERO TO FIRST PAYING CLIENT
Skills to build
Sell before you’re ready. Ashraf’s first clients came before he had a website, a logo, or even a polished pitch. He identified a pain point—people struggling with confidence in sales—and offered a solution. You don’t need perfection. You need a conversation.
Master the 30-second hook. In his early days, Ashraf would approach strangers at networking events and say, “I help people close deals without feeling sleazy. Want to hear how?” Short, specific, and benefit-driven. Craft yours.
Leverage free content to attract leads. Ashraf started with Facebook Live sessions, answering common questions about sales and mindset. No fancy equipment. Just a phone and a willingness to show up consistently. Pick one platform and post three times a week.
Traps that derail people
Waiting for “ready.” Most beginners spend months designing business cards or tweaking a website. Ashraf’s first client came from a single post in a Facebook group. Action beats preparation every time.
Overcomplicating the offer. Early on, Ashraf kept it simple: one-on-one coaching for sales professionals. No packages, no upsells, just a clear result. If you’re stuck, ask: “What’s the simplest way to deliver value?”
Ignoring follow-ups. Ashraf’s first client almost slipped away because he didn’t follow up. He sent a message three days later: “Still interested?” The client said yes. Follow up at least twice before giving up.
Milestone to level up
Your first $1,000 from coaching. Not from a side gig. Not from a favor. From someone who paid you because they believed in your ability to solve their problem. Hit this, and you’re ready for the next stage.
INTERMEDIATE STAGE: FROM FIRST CLIENT TO CONSISTENT $10K MONTHS
Skills to build
Systemize your sales process. Ashraf moved from random conversations to a structured sales call script. He used the “3-2-1 Method”: 3 questions to uncover pain, 2 stories to build trust, 1 clear offer. Write yours down.
Create a signature framework. Ashraf’s “Confident Closer” method became his trademark. It wasn’t just coaching—it was a step-by-step system. Turn your expertise into a repeatable process. Name it.
Build an email list. Ashraf started collecting emails early, offering a free “Sales Confidence Checklist” in exchange for sign-ups. Use a simple lead magnet—one page, one promise, one action. Drive traffic to it daily.
Traps that derail people
Chasing shiny objects. At this stage, it’s easy to get distracted by courses, certifications, or new tools. Ashraf stayed focused on one offer for 12 months. Pick one and go deep.
Underpricing. Ashraf’s first clients paid $200 per session. Within six months, he raised his rates to $1,000. If you’re booked solid, raise your prices. Confidence sells.
Neglecting retention. Ashraf’s early clients often came back for more. He didn’t just sell a session—he sold a relationship. Follow up after every session. Ask for referrals.
Milestone to level up
Three months of $10K+ revenue. Not a fluke. Not a one-time spike. Consistent income from clients who see real results. Hit this, and you’re ready to scale.
ADVANCED STAGE: FROM $10K MONTHS TO SIX-FIGURE BUSINESS
Skills to build
Hire a team. Ashraf’s first hire was a virtual assistant to handle emails and scheduling. Then came a sales rep to book calls. Delegate everything that isn’t your zone of genius.
Launch a group program. Ashraf’s “Confident Closer Mastermind” allowed him to serve more people at a higher price point. Start small—10 people, $2K each, 8 weeks. Test, refine, scale.
Leverage partnerships. Ashraf collaborated with complementary coaches—those in mindset, leadership, and business growth. Joint webinars, co-branded content, and affiliate deals expanded his reach. Find one partner and create a win-win.
Traps that derail people
Micromanaging. Ashraf’s first VA quit because he couldn’t let go of control. Trust your team. Set clear expectations, then step back.
Overcomplicating launches. Ashraf’s first group program launch was simple: a live webinar, a pitch, and a payment link. No fancy funnels. No countdown timers. Just value and a clear call to action.
Ignoring metrics. Ashraf tracked everything: conversion rates, email open rates, client retention. If a strategy didn’t move the needle, he killed it. Pick 3 KPIs and monitor them weekly.
