It’s the kind of song that makes you stop whatever you’re doing and pay attention. Best for those who love music with an edge, “Hello” is a reminder of why rock ‘n’ roll was never meant to be polite.
What separates this from the rest? The bridge. That sudden drop into a haunting, almost whispered vocal before exploding back into the chorus isn’t just clever—it’s genius. It’s the moment you realize this band isn’t here to play it safe.
A MELODY THAT HAUNTS YOU: “LONG WAY HOME” (1983)

The melody is simple but unforgettable, carried by a piano line that feels like it was written in a single, inspired breath. It’s the kind of song that makes you pull over in your car just to let it finish, even if you’re already late.
Who’s it for? Anyone who believes a great song should feel like a punch to the gut. The way the vocals swell in the chorus, raw and unfiltered, makes this a standout even among the band’s best work.
